Meet the founder: Sophie hascher
Sophie’s work has always been driven by one question: why do we think, behave and decide the way we do?
Her journey started with a Bachelor’s Degree in Luxury Marketing & Management, where she first explored consumer behaviour, learning how environments, narratives and experiences influence choice. She understood that the reel answers lie in the brain, and that curiosity led her into neuroscience and psychology. Sophie went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience, a Master’s Degree in Psychology, alongside certifications in Coaching, Neurofeedback, and Counselling & Psychotherapy. Each layer of study added depth to her understanding of how cognition, emotion and physiology interact, particularly under pressure, in high-stakes environments and in the pursuit of long-term performance and longevity.
She is currently completing her PhD, researching sugar addiction and how mindfulness delivered through virtual reality can reduce cravings, in collaboration with University of London, Birkbeck and University of Technology Sydney.
Today, Sophie brings her multidisciplinary expertise into neuro luxury wellness, corporate performance and behavioural finance, bridging science, experience and human behaviour. Her work focuses on one core belief: the brain is the most valuable asset we have.
